14 Emergency Car Kit Essentials

1. First aid kit
   This kit should include bandages, sterile gauze, latex gloves, instant cold packs, a thermometer and
   sunscreen.




2. Triangle reflectors and flares




3. Flat screw driver




4. Phillips head screw driver
   This is the one with the crosshead design.




5. Pliers




6. Adjustable wrench




7. Duct tape




8. Jumper cables
   These should be at least 10 feet long




9. Spare fuses




10. Rags




11. Funnel




12. Flashlight

    Preferably an LED light that doesn’t need batteries. If you only have a regular flashlight, make sure
    to check the batteries often and pack a spare set of batteries.
